You shouldn't censor nipples or genitalia because DeviantArt doesn't ban anyone who shows uncensored nipples or genitalia. Instead, just label the art as mature for nudity and uncensor the nipples and genitalia.
The only exception to exposed genitalia is if they're being shown in a sexual context, artistic nudity is fine however.
